I started training with Dave and I weighted 18 stone 7lbs! I was attracted to the idea of doing kettle bells they seemed to get people working hard and that’s what I needed to do at the time. Dave trained me twice a week for a period of 40 days and gave me a program of CV to do on my own and a very detailed diet plan. I managed to drop down to 16 stone by the end of the 40-day period! At times I felt tired and I had muscle soreness but at the end I had to go and buy new clothes and now I’m using by new physique to charm the ladies around Manchester’s many fine pubs and clubs.

I came to train with Dave after a massive lay off from fitness due to a very serious car accident, I was still in quite a lot of pain with my neck due to damage
from the accident. Dave very gently strengthened the muscles around the injured are and managed to increase the movement in my neck and the pain and stiffness subsided within the fist few sessions. I am now feeling fitter more confident to do everyday tasks and my pain is gone!! Amazed after months at physio and seeing specialist with no results all I need to do was get my body moving a bit and I feel fantastic.

I came to see Dave when he worked at Virgin active he was recommended by a friend of mine. Due to the nature of my work I have to train early mornings
on late at nights Dave was very accommodating and fitted me in where ever he could even sometimes opening the club for me at 5.30am! I was already quite fit but Dave showed me how to take my fitness to the next level employing always new and interesting sessions to bring me to my knees! I am quite a experienced guy in with gym work but i came to dave and he took me to the next level working me hard with circuits and doing boxing with pads. i used to just do bodybuilding training and thought i was fit – i am now!
Motivation
I signed up for 11 personal training sessions with Dave. I valued the motivation he provided and the variety of the exercises. I used weights in a way that wouldn't have occurred to me and pushed myself far more than I would have done on my own. Many many days of muscle ache paid off with some nice definition where it counts. I would strongly recommend him.
